The United Kingdom’s financial regulator the FCA is soon to prohibit the sale, marketing and distribution of cryptocurrency derivatives to retail clients.

As BP Prime is regulated by the FCA, we will no longer be able to offer cryptocurrency trading to our retails clients.

If you have open positions in cryptocurrencies please note:

Monday 14th December all cryptocurrency symbols will be set to ‘close-only’. This means that you will only be able to close positions that are currently open, you will not be able to open new positions.

Wednesday 30th December, the cryptocurrency symbols will no longer be available for trading and hence all open positions must be closed by this date.

FX, precious metals, oils and indices are not affected and continue to be available to you.
