Copy of a valid passport, national ID or photocard driving licence
Copy of utility bill dated within the last 3 months (preferably for electricity, but not mobile telephone bills or statements printed from the internet). (Copy of bank statement dated within the last 3 months (but not those printed off the internet unless stamped by the bank)
Documents should be clear, in colour and copies of both the front and back of any card should be provided
